From the Desk of Magic Karl: Commission update

So yesterday I spent my few hours between commitments organising the models.

I came up with this diagram to help me base the miniatures... I still have to cut up some shapes though, which I hate.

I also did some cleaning, but not enough to warrant an update.

Today however I have started getting on with it. I have no Uni work, no band and party season is over for now. I also have monday off, which is nice.

Here's the progress report anywho:

-6 Cavalry cleaned
-6 Cavalry in the cleaning tub
-24 Hoplites based and ready to be sprayed
-8 British Rifle stands glued
-5 Command stands glued
-3 PIAT & mortar stands glued
-1 Sniper glued
-1 Character glued

Tomorrow I'm going out to get more glue, maybe paints, maybe even scenery/flock. I'll be needing more polyfilla soon, as I'm using it in good quantity on this commission.

Getting anything sprayed depends on the weather, as my house is exposed to all elements, and even a breeze can knock over a regement or screw up the paint.
